Materials Required
Candidates must hold a Manager and Professional (MAP) Health and Safety Environment Test. This must have been completed within the last 2 years.
Candidates are required to bring paper and a pen to make notes during their training.
Candidates must bring one of the following forms of ID:
* Photograph card driving license (no more than 6 months out of date)
* Passport (no more than 6 months out of date)
* A non UK driving Licence with a photograph and signature
* An EU identity card with a photograph and signature
If the candidate does not possess any of the above ID, please contact the office for further information.
Candidates must also be physically and mentally capable of undertaking the tasks they are required to carry out.

Candidates must be aware that they will be digitally recorded during their theory test. The practical test may be video recorded at the request of CPCS. Any candidate that refuses, will be unable to complete their test.
Before any test begins, candidates will be asked to sign the CPCS Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Statement.
